Strange problem: missing setting in Certification Management (Nokia 6600)

I have signed midlet but I can't install it in to my customers Nokia 6600 (ver 5.27) because there is no possibility to change "App. installation" parameter in "Trust settings" menu of the "Certification management" section. Does anybody know why that menu item is missing? There are only two choices that can be done: "Other installation" & "Internet". This required menu item exists in my own 6600 (ver 5.27) and my colleague's 6600 (ver 4.09)...

IMHO there are several know bugs (some with signed midlets too) So plz check the 6600 known issues doc in the link.
