7710 Theme Studio - General

Hi all. I did always class myslf as a techno geek (in the nicest possible way!) but I want to move up to the next level.
I have just downloaded the Theme Studio for the 7710, and it seems easier than I thought, however, I do not have a .psd compatible editor. I dont really want to pay for one unless I have to (not suggesting cracked version), but was wondering if there were any basic freeware ones out there?

I think I just want to plat around with colours first, then I'll mess around graphics!!

Any other 'Theme Virgin' tips would be welcome!

Try Jasc Paint Shop Pro (free trial + not expensive, esp. when compared to Adobe PhotoShop, but just as capable): http://www.jasc.com

you could also try gimp, which is totally free.

http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/ for windows installers.

has somewhat support for psd's as well(has worked for me from time to time).

Thanks. Tried Gimp, but it id not want to work. So am tring the PhotoShop pro (98mb file)....hope its easy to use....

Go to http://www.developer.nokia.com/search/, type "Nokia 7710 Theme Studio for Symbian OS" in the search box and disable the "Exclude archive" option, then hit the Go button.
