Muting microphone during call

Hi All,

I am playing a sound to audio uplink. Its perfectly fine and working. Now what I want is to stop the other sounds except my audio being played at my end. The person at other end must only hear the audio file I am playing. Not the sounds from surroundings.

Is there any way to mute the microphone while audio uplink?
