How to send Smart Messaging. I can send text SMS from Nokia Mobile Toolkit3.0 through Nokia Activ Server, but I want to know how to send Binary such as operator or ringtone. I don't know format for to send it. Please tell me how to or where can I get the format of this?

You can NOT send Smart Messages from Nokia Mobile Toolkit 3.0 through Nokia Activ Server. Please take a look at the Forum Nokia Messaging section how to send Smart Messages including ringing tones and operator logos into the Nokia terminals.
