No. First of all, you'd need to record at a sampling rate greater than 40000Hz to capture frequencies greater than 20000Hz (Nyquist's sampling theorem), and this isn't possible with the 6630. Second, this would require that the microphone could handle those frequencies, and it's not likely that you'd find a high quality microphone like that in a phone.
