how to create the next dialog type...

Hi,

I saw the next dialog type & got a question how to create it:

the dialog has a header, a separator line & some text under the line we can scrool - so I wounder how to create this dialog? In example(Query) there is
a dilalog witch looks like this (CAknListQueryDialog), but this is a list;

I tried CAknMessageQueryDialog - it looks like I described above, exept text background is white.

ps:
by tha way: is it possible to set font for CAknListQueryDialog?
