    when i try to build SIS app using VS2003 IDE , i got the following message :

    cannot open file , check file name ...

    OR


    epoc :error cannont have absoulte pathes .


    what is the reason ?

    No way to tell based on the information you have provided. Eg a build log or other information is needed.
