AFAIK

there is no standars scrollbar control which u can apply for window.

u have to go for custom control. i.e. u have to create ur own scrollbar

Remember that the original question has happened almost 7 years (!) ago.
And actually the Wiki provides many hits for scrollbar and some of them seem to show how to add scrollbar to your own control.
