Change gsm band.Please help!

Im interested if I can make a nokia 3595(GSM/GPRS 850/1900) working on orange romania(which is 900/1800). Can I change this band/frequency?

No, you cannot change it (it would require hardware changes). You can only use the 3595 in North America.

and what is that hardware change? can i get some details about components i need to change?

You have to change the whole cellular radio module and its embedded software. Such parts (or even details of what they would be) are not available, and not replaceable anyway. Probably best to just accept the fact and get another phone for use in Romania.
