Nokia 9300i and PC Suite

Can anyone help me with this problem please? When I connect my 'phone and start a Sync, the phone displays the message :

Program Closed
Program : Sync
Reason Code : KERN-EXEC
Reason Code : 3

I have searched the help, etc. and cannot find a reason for this.

I suggest you format the phone and try again. Take out and insert the battery. Open the phone and press Ctrl, Shift, F when you see NOKIA and hold them down a couple of seconds.

Be aware that the internal memory will be erased from data that you have entered to the phone. If possible make a backup to the MMC card before formating.
