Nokia 6230 Phone/Speaker Problem

I have this 6230, when I speak to someone on the phone, the voice comes quite crackly at the highest volume, this isn't normal, does any one know how to resolve this. It comes quite distorted at high volume although you can still properly hear what they are saying on the other side. Thankyou.

Also there are some localized product support forums and one that is monitored and where you can get attention and solutions http://discussions.nokia.co.uk/discussions/. If you post your concerns there, you may get a response from Nokia end user support.

BTW, is this crackly sound occours when you are in low network coverage area? For me some jerky sound occours when I am in a low coverage area. May be you should contact a nearest Nokia care center for a detailed check of your device.
