I have a nokia 6060. So it is capeable of sending and recieving mms. What is AFAIK?????
Hi clown fish! Welcome to Nokia Discussion Boards!! :-)
Nokia 6060 does not support WMA 2.0 (JSR-205) so that it is not possible to send and receive MMS.

AFAIK : As Far As I Know.
May be this link is of some interest!

My phone IS capeable of sending and recieving mms. I have sent and recieved them before.
That second link provided has alot of writing which i don't really understand. I just want to know simply, how can I send MMS to my phone from my computer. Can it be done through email or something?????
I guess you are talking about sending and receiving MMS from the default phone software. But I was talking about sending and receiving MMS from a Java application. Sorry for the confusion.
Yeah 6060 can send and receive MMS from the default phone software.
AFAIK You could transfer MMS by using Nokia PC Suite( I have never tried with 6060).
Download Nokia PC Suite from this link.

Or do you mean you want to send MMS directly to your computer via cellular network?

I'm interested in hearing the answer to the original question: can I send an MMS from a PC to a cellular phone?
1) MMS message would be precomposed and exist on the PC, independent of any phone. PC would be -wired- to the Internet.
2) From the PC, the MMS would be targetted at a cellular phone # (not an email)
3) The widest possible range of carriers would be able to accept the MMS for delivery (though I'm most interested in the US and Western Europe)
4) I'm primarily interested in a server solution, but anything functional would do

Joseph
I'm also very interested in sending a MMS from PC to a phone using java application,I can send a SMS using AT command, but can I send MMS using AT too?How to pakage a image to a MMS?
What's the MMS coding mode?
And how to contral a PC to send the MMS?
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
Sorry if I cross-posting another one... but Im also interested in how to get my mms-stuff from the pc to the phone? Ive tried to send the .mms via bluetooth but it doesn´t work!?
Also Im woundering if there is any way to insert a regular a href into the mms, so the reciever could click a link to:
1. url
2. email
3. cell phone (auto dial, without any need to get outside the message)
