HELP!!!

I am recently working on a project which requires me to interacted my pc with my mobile phone via IR or Bluetooth, pc(with program or any other software) to orders my mobile phone(I intend to buy 7650 for a MMS project) to carry out tasks such as sending MMS/SMS, open any folder in the phone and etc(commands). I was wondering if Nokia PC Suite can do this...???
