pc software for 6230i

Hello, I have a 6230i and the bluetooth doesn't work. I want to transfer pictures onto my pc and was wondering what software I need to read the phones memory card? I have a multicard reader on my pc so the memory card slots right in. I can see the files but I can't open them.

I've tried this already and the only way it lets you connect pc with phone is bluetooth, infrared and usb cable(unless I missed something), and I don't have these.

If you dont have BT, IR and datacable, I dont find any other way in my mind to connect your Mobile to your PC. It would be better if you could buy BT or IR or Datacable.
BTW, are you still having trouble with your MMC reader in your PC? Please check whether your card reader and your MMC are compatible.
