GPRS/WAP Problem

hi,
I have two phones N3100 and N6600. On this phones I have installed my j2me application. Now in order to access my webserver from this application I have GPRS connection.

Problem:
I am from India and using Hutch service. Now to access webserver from midlet in case of N3100 I can use basic GPRS (which is cheap). But to access same from N6600 I have to subscribe to advance gprs coneection(which is costly).
It seems that it is because of proxy configuration problem for series 60. Please advice why this happens and what can be the solution.

6600 higher end but this mobile is not support socket connection. This support only http connection only the socket connection was implemented in midp 20 only but it is not there in 6600 you have to go http only

Hi,
I am not interested in Socket connection. I dont think that bcs there is no socket in 6600 I have to use advance gprs. I mean same code which is not using socket can run on 3100 and for 6600, y I have to use advance gprs. It is because of some proxy resolution. Please advice/correct.
