    Hi,
Does anybody know an Internet Provider offering free personal webspace, but supporting the MIME types for .jad & .jar files?
Most of them refuse to activate this for personal webs!
This is just for personal test purposes to test my Midlets on the 3410 through OTA.

    Thanks,

    Michel

    Hi Michel,

We could put your midlets on our web server
(for free) if it's just for testing purposes.

Drop us an email if you are interested.

    Regards,

    Michael.

    Hi!

Find a provider who uses Apache, then simply add a file called ".htaccess" continaing the following two lines in the same directory as your .jar and .jad files:

    AddType text/vnd.sun.j2me.app-descriptor .jad
    AddType application/java-archive .jar

    Hi,

I've successfully downloaded midlets onto my 3410 using free web space from www.tripod.com.

    Simon.
