How can i delete my temp application from emulator S60_3rd?

Cleaning the project usually helps ("abld clean" in command line, or clean command of IDE-s). You can also delete the files described in the .mmp (most likely the .exe in epoc32\release\winscw\udeb, .mif-s and .rsc-s in epoc32\data\z\resource\apps, and the _reg.rsc in epoc32\data\z\private\10003a3f\apps).
