Is Nokia 30 discontinued?

Hello all,

I am currently maintaining a SMS dispatched system which I developed for our volunteer fire fighters in our country. I need to know if Nokia 30 is really discontinued here in our region (Philippines). If it is, can you recommend a replacement for Nokia 30, as stable as Nokia 30 too if posible. Currently we are using 10 Nokia 30s and 16 Nokia 6210. We are about to expand our resources to total of 64. All of these units are running simultaneously.
