Codewarrior mmpimport problem

hi...
I am a begginer and i hav a problem with CodeWarrior. when I try to import helloworld.mmp file, it shows me an error: FAILED TO RUN MAKMAKE.... SYSTEM FAILED:THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE FILE SPECIFIED and PROJECT CREATION ABORTED!!!!!!!

plz help me to solve this problem

Even I have installed the latest version of ActivePerl!

Are the SDK and your project (if you have copied it to an other location) reside on the same drive with no spaces in the path leading to them?

Also if you have multiple SDK's in your machine check the default device ! it is suggested that you follow wizard's suggestion very strictly also.
