[IMPS] Add Member to Contact List

I'm trying to implement an IMPS server to test against Nokia phones.

My question is about the Contact list management feature of IMPS (ListManageRequest ):
When adding a member (say user B) in user A's contact list, is there a way to ask for user B authorization ? (or at least let him know that he's being added ?)
