I know that a register request automatically adds an authentication header. Does anyone know if sending a message does so? If not it is trivial to do so? I'm connecting to a server which replies to the message with a 407, and it expects the message to be resent with the header included.

    Thanks

Actually, I'm seeing the authentication header go out on emulator but not on device. Can anyone suggest why this may be the case? Is there an API call that turns this on and off?

    Thanks
