Code sample for Nokia SDK

I have two issues regarding communication between a mobile device and a bluetooth PC:

1) How can a mobile device transfer data to another Bluetooth device (PC)?
2) How can PC listen to a mobile device?

Can some one give me a basic application which uses these features? I searched a lot in the internet, but didnt get an appropriate one.

I am planning to run the application with Nokia SDK plugin for Eclipse.

I have a java application with a custom built embedded database. Instead of switching on the PC each time to enter some data which needs frequent updates, I want to update it in a mobile phone and then later update the entire transactions in the PC. I understand that I need to use bluetooth technology for this. Which is the best way to do this? Is there any similar code available? Which IDE and SDK is the best for testing this? I don't know where to start. Infact I started my research a few days back, but reached nowhere. Could someone give a good introduction so that it becomes easy for me to understand the technology and the way to code this particular thing?
