Can't connect cable DKU-5 to my PC

HI.
I am trying to connect the cable DKU-5 to my PC. I install the respective driver(Nokia_DKU-5_1_24.exe) and the Nokia PCSuite (Nokia_PC_Suite_68_rel_22_spa_co_web.msi) , but it does not detect to me the port USB. In adminstrador of devices (W2000/WinXP) it gives "? Serial USB-Controller D " (in yellow) and I cann't see my movil (synchronize).

Hi.
I have Nokia 3586i. My USB port is good.
Other thing, in this model Nokia, can i update/install the Location API (JSR-179) for the development of applications with support GPS? Because this model Nokia have support GPS.

AFAIK 3586i is MDIP 1.0 device. Definately it doesn't have JSR-179. I dont know from where u have got the information??
