Error:"app.closed:ESock-IP" in Nokia3250

Hi, I am porting my program from 2nd to 3rd.
I use socket(PF_INET, SOCK_STREAM, 0) to create socket on my 3230, and the function socket() work well. But, the socket() cause error "app.closed:ESock-IP" and my program was crashed.

It seems that Symbian supports socket() on 3rd. Do i need some initial work before I use socket() ? Or, the function need some special capabilities?

Now, I give my program capabilities include ReadUserData, WriteUserData, NetworkServices, LocalServices, UserEnvironment, Location, SwEvent, SurroundingsDD, ProtServ, PowerMgmt.

Any suggestion is pleased!
