Nokia 6265 don´t have API JSR-179?

I developed an application with Location API to my Nokia 6265, in the emulator i have tested and no problems, but when i try it in my phone, i get this message:
"No Class Def Found Error java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError
javax/microedition/location/Criteria"
It seems that the Location API is not implemented, right?

But JSR-179 be in the phone specification page.

Please help me.

As per the specification device has the location based API.

In the page http://forum.nokia.com/main/0,,018-2...tml?model=6265
if this specified the API JSR-179, but in the section "Extra Features" it does not say to have support GPS, i.e. that the phone does not have GPS incorporated.
I am in the certain thing or not?
Someone knows to like the software of the mobile one updates to other one of another top model?

lmachado21, unfortunately 6265 & 6265i do not have JSR-179 on the device. Thanks for pointing this out, as we have already a couple of months ago made the necessary changes in the master device spec page db, but for some reason these changes have not been replicated to the device spec pages. Without your notification we might ended up having wrong information on our device spec pages for these devices for even longer than this. Thank you once more!

you was assuming wrongly about device specs before purchase, just see your device refund policy docs (should be addendum to nokia's manual) on how to change your device,
note that refund policies are different depending if you purchased via nokia online store or regional reseller,
