hi,

when i build my application splash screen ,it give no error, when i run it then also not displaying any error or warnings .but gives no output, i try it many times but wht is happning is here, dont know.

if ant one have idea abt it then tell me.

hi jignasha,

i downloaded the example of splash and edited the bld.inf file and it is working fine as showed in newlc on my emulator.

I'm using vc++ 6.0 and symbian sdk v2.1 but i don't work on carbide coz i didn't find it much comfortable...

Tell me in which platform of symbian sdk ur compiling this example..

we r running this application on s60 sdk3rd edition using carbide c++.
Try running using this conditions or ask ur frnds if they know carbide c++ to run this application

For working this example on 3rd edition is all a different scenario.

u cannot port it directly as the Framework of EAK2 doesn't allow u to do that...
It's better u create a new application and then port the code of the example that u need for ur application..

I'm doing the same on codewarrior and VC++ coz .As i told u carbide is good tool but i don't know it's not suitable for my development..

Sorry my friends who i know till now in india doesn't work on carbide ,they use vc++ or codewarrior and some didn't started on 3rd edition yet...
