after writing a SMIL function (for example, "Sample.smil", how do i call the that function to display on the emulator? i am not sure how to? need help. thanks!

Hello!
SMIL is not a programming language, it's a markup language as HTML for example.
You need to create te MMS message with our Java library or with a real SMIL editor like Adobe GoLive 6.0. Once you have created a real MMS message you need to encapsulate it, then your Series 60 emulator will be able to show it.
