I downloaded theme studio and installation is fine...after restarting the com, i click on the program, but the cursor becomes busy for awhile then went off already, i check my task manager but it didnt appear that... whats the possible problem ?

i'm running 3.0ghz, 512 ram and xp pro sp2..

b4 i format the com which is few months ago, i remember i'm able to open the program, but now it is giving me a problem..

can someone help me please...
