7650 MMS Receiving with deferred retrieval

Hi,

My 7650 works ok at receiving MM's when the "on receiving msg" is set to "Retr Immediately". When set to "Defer Retrieval" it doesnt download the message - as expected. The problem/question I have is: If Im running in Deferred Retrieval mode (while roaming for example), shouldnt there be somewhere I can view the WAP Push notification so I can download the message?

I cant find the notification messages, and the only way I can get the messages to download is to change the setting (in which case they are downloaded straight away).

Any advice appreciated.

You can retrieve deferred messages by changing the setting to "Retrieve immediately".

No. The current implementation is just sort of "all or nothing" -- you defer them for as long as you are roaming (for example), then when back at home, you "undefer" retrieval, and you phone goes to get all the messages you have received notifications for.
