s60 3rd edition sms/mms directory?

can someone please help me.
i had a 6680.i want to transfer my sms's/mmss from 6680 memory card to my n80.but i dont know where to copy the content of the mail folder from the 6680 to on the n80?
which is the folder that i need to copy the files into?

you shouldn't really do it. N80 is 3rd edition device with Symbian OS 9.1, so it implements quite strict platform security and you shouldn't modify any private contect by your self.

yes i know i shouldnt really do it.but i really need to get my mms's n sms'z over from my 6680 to my n80.please help me with another way of doing it?

Dunno really, since I usually don't use backup stuff too much, anyway have you checked if you could backup your 6680's mails to your PC and then use the backup to restore them into your N80.

Or maybe you can just forward them through normal messaging...

or if you are handy in your hands, you could always make BT connected clients where one reads the message & sends it to another and the receiving party makes new messages, then of course you might end up having from types of messages there (instead of incoming SMS, you would habe outgoing type SMS etc.)
