This method appears to be to check wether a view is currently being shown. I would interpret this as: this view is activated and currently the view the user is seeing.

However, when I test for a view that is visible, using the view's Id() method, ViewShown() returns false.

I would like to know what this function really does. In the meantime, I will roll wy own testfunc for this
