Developers can create Bluetooth applications that run on the Nokia 7650 and use the versatility of the Symbian platform. Third-party applications can be designed to work between two or more Nokia 7650 phones or between a Nokia 7650 phone and other Bluetooth devices. Applications can be created using the Nokia Series 60 SDK for Symbian OS.
