sip phone for j2me mobile handsets and VOIP

i m developing a sip phone for j2me enabled mobiles. i m able to initialize session with another sip phone "X-PRO". now i want to send audio to sip phone. what step i mast took to do that, but i hav some questions 2

1. how n in which format i get sound from mobile handset.
2. what should i do it after geting it.
3. how to send it to sip phone "XPRO".


if anyone hav some code to record and stream the audio to other side...plz post here.

not knowing SIP yet, so answering only first question:
- the only possible way seems to simply use MobileMedia API (JSR-135):

and audio capture locator on devices which support that I guess,
