IR PCSuite and 6230 Problem

Hi, I have a problem with Nokia PC suite V 6.8.22 and Nokia 6230 contacts synchronization

I’ve tried a Nokia 6230 with contacts on SIM and phone and cannot get the contacts off the phone using PCsuite.on two different PC’s using an IR connecttion.

In the PCSuite explorer extension to the computer I can browse the phone and see Gallery and Messages no problems, however it shows nothing for contacts

Then when I try to syncronise a WAB or outlook etc with the contact syncronisation I just get 'Syncronisation complete' 0 entries updated

Can anyone help please?

Is your phone configured with contacts on SIM card or in phone memory ?
