I am trying to use Carbide.c++ pro to do on device debugging. Does it have a functionality like this: If I monitor memory address A, if the value in address A has changed, the debugger will hang at the code line which changing it or notify me immediately.

I think you are asking for a watchpoint, which is not supported (hardware limitation). Watchpoints are supported on emulation.

You might check into the different breakpoint properties, log point specifically, to print out expressions while your application is running.
