ListBox and Edwin same container/view

Hi

Just a quick question. Is it possible to have a ListBox and Edwin in the same container being displayed together (e.g. 50/50 screen split, ListBox at top, Edwin at bottom)?

Reason I ask is that the Carbide.c++ ui designer does not seem to allow this.

i have not tried using Carbides UI designer..
but using the corresponding API's the answer is,Yes you can use, the listbox and edwins in the same container..
some one who have tried with the designer could give you a detailed answer i believe.

Thanks for ur reply. I think I will just use the APIs, the designer is starting to get to me.

Just for interest sake, does anyone know how to do this with the UI designer?

It's true, the UI designer doesn't allow you to put any other control alongside a listbox. It does support the search field though, the listbox has a property allowing you to toggle the search field on and off.
