how to increase heap size on emulator.

hi,
I had tried to run some audio players on emulator and i am able to run it successfully but when i try to run some large audio and video files an exception is thrown as java/lang/outofmemory exception.
please help me by suggesting whether there is any procedure to increase the heap size on emulator to run large audio and video files.

Most emulators I've used so far allow you to configure this in an options or settings screen, though not all. What emulator are you working with?

If it's a UEI compliant emulator (the Nokia emulators are) you can do this using the -heapsize command line argument.
