can I get confirmation query in console application

I am using series 60 fp2 sdk and Visual Studio 6.0

I want to know is there any way to get the confirmaton querys on console application or is it compulsary for me to have a non console application to show msgs to user.

Hope you can use GlobalNotes in console applications also.

You can use global notes / queries from console applications :

CAknGlobalConfirmationQuery
CAknGlobalListQuery
CAknGlobalMsgQuery
CAknGlobalNote

these classes can surely help you :)
To see the usage, there are examples, just search for the class in discussion boards and u should get some answers :)

Is it possible to have Marquee/scroll effect in CAknGlobalListQuery text?
like EnableMarqueeL() for other list controls.

No, it is not possible. You can see all 7 methods defined in CAknGlobalListQuery, apparently they do not provide such access.
