WANT TO BUILD CIMD APP THROUGH VB

hello i need some help actually i want to build an application of CIMD through VB means through VB i want to read and send SMS from SMSC and im using winsock for connection is some one there who can help me in this that thanks in advance if any one have some code and techinal help then plz mail me at pranay.saxena@paradox-studios.com i have CIMD specs provided by nokia and also sample code but that is in java and im facing problem to convert code in VB in sample code the CIMD2Constants file im not getting properly this file so plz help me.
