I want to know two things
1)How i can send Ringtones directly from my pc to any nokia mobile or other mobile ?
2)How i can send ringtones to any mobile through SMSC (supporting CIMD2 )

Question 2)
basically you need to have agreement with your mobile operator to open connection to their SMSC. Some operators won't let you use CIMD2 protocol directly, but they might have some another protocol to use.
