How do I get a client dialer interface

I just purchased a Nokia N80 and I don't see a client dialer interface like one on my E60. How do I get a client dialer interface? There is the SIP settings (under connection settings) but no client settings.

Have done some research on the S60 3rd Ed handsets and it seems that the E series (Enterprise) have the client dialers, which makes sense since it is used in the enterprise environment. But the N series does not have the client dialer. Does Nokia intend to put out a dialer client for the N series in the future?

What does it entail for my group to apply for the PRO membership at Nokia?
