how to add more menus to the options softkey in dialog

hi,
i have set the buttons type to R_AVKON_SOFTKEYS_OPTIONS_BACK to the dialog attribute in the resource file.

This dialog shows options and back softkey buttons.

now, how can i add the menu items to the options softkey buttons.

anybody give the soultion/sample code.
