Error while signing sis file

Hi All,

I am trying to sign a sis file using "signsis" utility, but I am getting the following error.

error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal:bad decrypterror:0D0680A8:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_CHECK_TLEN:wrong tagUnexpected error.

please help me out if somebody has already faced this issue.
