funambol dm server

Hi all:
Now I have some question when I using the DM Server. Who does have some explanation to me?
I installed the Funambol DM Server successful, but the mobile phone didn't recevie the Alert Messge. From the document about the Funambol Dm Server, it likes that the DM Server doesn't implement to deliver SMS messge. The Alert meassge from the server is delivered as a SMS message, is it the reason?
If I want to implement OMA DM Provisiong by server-initiate and use the Funambol DM Server, what should I do about the DM Server?
