Where is the 3rd Position?

Hello.

I'm going to make themes for N73,
and I made a theme for my N73 with the CArbide.ui S60 Theme Edition 3.1.

When I click
[Resources]Tab -> [Pop-up Windows] -> [Call Handling Window] -> [Active call Indications]

Then, at the[Components]Tab.
There are no 3rd Position components,
and there is only one 5th Position components.

Is there any kind of meaning ?
Not supported, or something ?
