I can i change the flashlite icon and progress bar

In carbide.ui, under application icons I cant seem to find the flash lite icon so i can replace it with one i currently have, is there another way of changing it?

And the progress bar, has anyone succesfully changed the progress bar, replacing the default blue with any other color? I have used adobe illustrator to change the default colors from white and blue to white black, I applied them to carbide.ui and made a sis package I tested it by opening the gallery but it only shows a static progress bar, it doesn't move at all, I dnt understand it? help please...
