Ovi Store Music from old phone to new phone

Morning!!
I'm due a handest upgrade from a 5800 Xpress Music to, possibly the N8. I have a Ovi Music Store (formerly Nokia Music Store) account from which I have downloaded hundreds of track the last 18 months (this is NOT a Comes With Music handest - all music was paid for).
My question is - can I transfer the files from the 5800 to the N8 and play them without the fear of having to re-purchase all Licence keys again, at 79p a pop each?
