How can I use PC to connect phone?

Hi, All:
I'm a new guy for PyS60, but I have some python experience before.
Now I want to develop an application with PyS60. And a part of this application should connect PC to mobile phone(mine is Nokia6630) via Bluetooth, and users can send text information to phone. Note: the direction of connection is from PC to phone, but not reverse.
Any expert can help me about above question, either description or sample codes(both will be better), thanks a lot.

I already found a sample codes in document which shows me how to establish connection from phone to PC via Bluetooth protocol, but I can not get the reverse sample anywhere.

You can try the free Putools and install pyserial on your PC to communicate with phone. Other tools useful are here ...

I'd download pybluez 0.9.1 for Windows XP and installed it, the example codes can run normally, but it can not find any bluetooth-enabled mobile phone nearby my PC(My Nokia6630 is activated bluetooth yet).

I'm very very very confused, anyone help me out, GOD!

Here is the sample codes of pybluez to discovery bluetooth devices:
import bluetooth

nearby_devices = bluetooth.discover_devices()

for bdaddr in nearby_devices:
""do something

The result of nearby_devices is alway 0, even my nokia 6630 is enable bluetooth nearby my laptop.

Hi, I'm back now.

I'd installed pyserial, pywin32 and putools yet. And I do the operations which descripted in http://people.csail.mit.edu/kapu/symbian/python.html step by step.

When I arrived this step in above web page:
On the phone

Start Python.
Select Run Script, run phpush.py (it may be in the "my" directory). Select Connect to Other..., Find your PC, select the service that uses the same COM port as in your sync.config (if the PC offers only one service, that one is selected automatically).
Now the push window on PC (see image below) should pop up.

I can not find any "push window" appear.

The command console in windows just shows "Connecting to serial port \\.\COM40"

The python console in mobile just shows "Discovered: 00:10:c6:ee:a5:77. {u'COM7\x00':1}"

And here is nothing more.

What's wrong with my putool?
