Can't get developer cert

Hello,

I'm sorry if this is not the right place for this post, but I'm stuck with this issue.

I've downloaded DevCertRequest Tool and generated a .csr file. I've followed all steps and thing I've done everything ok.
After that I've registered at www.symbiansigned.com and tried to get the developer cert.

The problem is that everytime I send the .csr file I get next message from that web site:

"Access denied
Either your session has been expired (the session expires after a period of inactivity) or you do not have rights to enter this section of the website."

But I'm sure I'm logged. By e-mail they have told me that may be is a problem of my browser or some settings in my internet connection, but I've tried it with differents browsers, operating systems, from home, office, even my friend has tried it...

Nobody seems to have this problem before, so I don't have any clue what's going on...

I hope anybody can help me and thanks everybody in advance.

r u able to download various tools from symbiansigned?? if so means ur account has been properly activated.

as ur getting mesg after submitting .csr check out following...

For more than one IMEI u need ACS publisher ID to create .csr.

I have many times applied for dev cert & got it.

Check out the key file etc u r using were properly created or not & if u have used passwd there specify the same while creating .csr .

It seems I'm experiencing a strange problem.
I'm applying just for one IMEI, without ACS publisher ID, selecting correct capabilities, have downloaded the latest DevCertRequest tool (2.0), followed all steps...

When I create the .csr file (5 steps that I think I've done all right, there are no many alternatives to do it wrong) it apparently get created ok, but when I upload to symbiansigned site I get an "access denied" response.

Even symbiansigned staff get same message when trying to upload my file. They have sent me a test.csr file that I can upload without problem, but no the one generated by me.

Finally they have created a .csr using the IMEI provided by me and have sent it to me. I have been abble to upload this .csr and get the certificate.

But my problem is still there...

Hello,

I think problem is with .key .cer file u r using with DevCertRequest tool .
you must have used makekeys tool to create files which belong to OS 9.1 & not other one..

Hi,

DevCertRequest Tool is supposed to create the .key file, isn't it?
At least documentation says:

"Otherwise, if a private key is not available, choose a filename and directory in which the new private key should be created. DevCertRequest will generate a new key in Step 5."

so the problem is somewhere else...

I have used .key created by makekeys tool.

Actually it seems that my .csr was causing an internal error in the portal when I tried to upload it...

I hope next time I need to upload a .csr they've solved the problem.
