There's no XML parser shipped in PyS60 and that's a pity I agree . But you can install some libraries. Some pure python and also C++ implementation exist.

I'm using cElementTree (C++). You can get it at Simo Salminen's page http://ssalmine.googlepages.com/somepys60extensions for both 2nd and 3rd edition. But be careful when using it in an emulator. It uses httplib to retrieve data from the net. For some reason httplib sometimes restart my machine instantly with no errors...

You can also check some previous threads, there has been some compile of PyExpat if I have good memory...
